Begonias flower throughout the summer up to the first frost. Few other annuals can beat begonias for hardiness and continuous flowering throughout the summer. The bronze-leafed varieties should be planted in the shade and prefer moist, well-drained, fertile soil. It is a compact plant that blooms all summer long and is very uniform in its habit. This is a very hardy annual that grows near 12” tall and spreads nearly 12” wide.
